Initially I read the specifications incorrectly and thought that the case was for the DS XL but after I recieved it I relized it was a case for the game cartidges. I decided to keep it because I purchased alot of games and they needed something to keep them in. It serves it purpose, so I am happy about ... the case is a little hard to open for an adult ... let alone my 4 year old but other than that it's fine. Nice and sturdy.

Dreamgear has made some very lackluster accessory kits for Nintendo before, but this one could've actually brought more into the table to compete with what Nintendo had done very well at, and other companies as well with accessories for the Nintendo 3DS. That is the case with Dreamgear's Nintendo 3DS XL Gaming Pack. This pack includes a storage center where you can store and hold as many as 12 of your favorite Nintendo DS & 3DS titles as well as 4 stylus pens for both the regular Nintendo 3DS, and the 3DS XL. Is it worth the money? Well not really. There are much better accessory kits and storage products that do provide more for the Nintendo 3DS. I would definitely recommend the Nintendo 3DS Pull & Go Folio if you have the regular Nintendo 3DS.
