You may be afraid of purchasing this accessory kit due to the higher price tag, but have no fear and order it. This is top of the line! It takes out the awkwardness of holding the blocky 3DS and makes it just as comfortable as a 360 controller. You just snap it on and..presto! You now have a (sturdy) DS controller. Not to mention, the other gadgets that come in the box are very useful as well.

Lot's of stuff. Just wanted the game system holder (the play it loud, as they call it) to help with grip. Got one for my DSi and love it. I think this is important if you find youself, like me (the over 40 crowd), keep hitting the camera buttons. This helped me eliminate the accidental hitting the camera on. I don't really use the extra speakers on the grip, most of the time my sound is off. The grip plugs into the earbud port, so if you want sound you will have to put batteries in. I first bought another grip by itself but it was not big enough and my hand kept cramping. Not with this one. It also holds two game cartridges for easy access. As far as the other stuff, it comes in handy time to time and have repurposed some of the items. The screen protectors are ok for the bottom but are small for the top. I just use a different product because I don't need to replace it as often as the bottom one.

Overall I'm pretty happy with the products everything works well. My one downside is the screen protectors the top protector doesn't cover the whole screen like some you can get.
